Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far! Hope today has been going well for you...and that you're excited (and ready!) for our book club meeting.
So here we are, discussing "Pride and Prejudice" once again. I hope y'all are enjoying this book...it's one of my favorites! ;) Today, we'll be discussing chapters 3 & 4. In these chapters, we meet Mr. Bingly, Mr. Darcy, and a few minor characters (Miss Bingly, Mr. and Mrs. Hurst.). What are your thoughts on these characters? What about the reactions of the Bennet family to these gentlemen?
Hello there! I liked these chapters...they were very interesting! I think Jane and Mr. Bingly are cute together. Hehe ;) And Mr. Darcy is just plain mean...in my opinion. lol
ReplyDeleteMr. Bennet made me laugh when Mrs. Bennet starting telling him every single little detail about the ball. I think Mr. Bennet is my favorite character so far. ;)

Hello, i enjoyed these two chapters because they brought in some new characters. Such as Mr. Darcy. I also liked the way Mrs. Bennet reacted to Mr. Darcy's proudness.
